Beetroot & Carrot Salad

Such a simple, yet delicious salad, quick & easy to make.

Serves 2 (Simply multiply up the amounts to serve more people)


Beetroot (medium)

Carrot (medium)

Celery half a stick (Optional)

Cider Vinegar (x2 tspns.)

Olive Oil (x1 tspn.)

Salt (pinch)

Black Pepper (pinch)


Grate the carrot & beetroot (The finer grating option on your grater makes for a really nice end product). Slice finely the celery if you are including it. Put together in a bowl & add cider vinegar, oil & seasoning, adjust to taste.

Place in a decorative bowl to serve.
