At times over the last 11 months there have been issues with my website, I apologise for this, and I am grateful to all my customers for your understanding and patience.
Nevertheless, it isn't good enough that I should have to rely on your goodwill & forebearance because a website provider can't deliver a consistently stable platform.
Last week I decided enough was enough, & have returned to my former website provider & am working with a local web design company to create a high quality, fit for purpose website.
These are exciting times for the business and you will see some changes to the website design, making it quicker and easier to use.
Some practicalities, although there are hundreds of active, subscribed accounts, I notice that some have been disabled. If you are one of these customers, hopefully the process will be easy and seamless for you to get back on board & place orders.
