It's definitely feeling all Autumnal now with the wind howling & leaves flying through the air! British squashes always seal it for me, I can feel a nice warming Kuri Squash curry coming on. Squashes are seen in Chinese medicine as a warming food, nature has it's way of providing us with what we need when we need it, as they store well for Winter.
You may have noticed a new tab on the front page titled "Uni Collect Point" this is a new service & I'll be at Aston University Freshers event on Thursday afternoon promoting this veg box drop off service to students & staff & will be hoping to set this service up with the other universities too! I also have an eye on the implications of the forthcoming congestion charge with regard to making deliveries & maybe city wide drop off points could be a way forward.
